    Watching my dad build my childhood home.

    Go all-in and learn as much as you can! Bring your individuality and it will set you apart from the rest. 
  • What skills or attributes do you believe are essential for women to succeed in the construction/building industry? 
  • Determination, drive and direction, and personality. 
  • You need to be able to adapt to anything and try to keep in front of changes before they’re needed.
